The policies regard Datasets (3D models, images, videos and text data) submitted from third parties such as industry stakeholders, public institutions like municipalities, publicly available resources or students at academic institutions. Such datasets uploaded by contributors, are used to create virtual tours, are protected by their original author and subject to licenses that might restrict redistribution. HeliosVR will observe the licensing terms and abide to the terms of use.
